The Aligned Leadership course helps leaders develop the skills to move beyond traditional management and become coaching-style leaders who inspire employees to deliver their best performance. The course is available in two formats. Leaders can join a live virtual cohort, meeting via Zoom over a five-week program with two two-hour sessions each week, where participants learn the Aligned Leadership frameworks alongside other leaders. Organizations can also schedule live, on-site training for their management teams, allowing leaders within the same company to learn and apply the system together.
